  1. Preheat oven to 225 degrees
  2. Line a baking sheet or jelly roll pan with parchment paper
  3. In large bowl, combine pecans, orange juice & egg white. Stir until all pecans are coated. Set aside.
  4. In a smaller bowl, combine orange zest, sugar, salt, chili powder, cayenne pepper & black pepper. Stir until mixed thoroughly.
  5. Add contents of smaller bowl (zest and spice mixture) to contents of larger bowl (pecans, juice & egg whites). Stir until evenly coated.
  6. Spread in an even layer onto parchment prepared baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Pecans should like dry when done.
  8. Remove from oven. Cool completely before serving.
  9. Store pecans in an airtight container.
